When will the order ship after purchasing?

We work hard to get the product to you as soon as possible. You will receive tracking information as soon as the item is shipped.

What is the estimated shipping time?

Once you receive your shipping confirmation, you should receive the product within 4-8 business days in the Contiguous US & Canada, 7-12 business days for Non-Contiguous US (PR, HI, AK), and over two weeks for all other international orders. You can track the order estimated arrival date from the shipping confirmation you receive.

If you ordered an item that is on pre-order, please look out for emails from us with periodic updates on the status of delivery timelines. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as the item has shipped.

How is the shipping cost calculated?

Your shipping cost is calculated based on your shipping address, chosen shipping method, and the weight of your order at checkout. Free shipping orders are usually shipped using USPS.

My package is lost, what should I do?

Our products are made from ingredients that are painstakingly sourced. We request that the 100 Cal Snacks community diligently track your package to accept delivery. If the order has been shipped to the correct address, you should be able to open a claim with the carrier directly. We are happy to provide any information you might need about the order to open your claim.
